AXA Health is seeking motivated Retention Consultants to join our successful Retention team in Tunbridge Wells on a permanent, full-time basis. In this rewarding role, you’ll connect with customers at a crucial moment—during their annual renewal—and help them explore and understand their healthcare options giving you the opportunity to turn enquiries into both sales and retention opportunities. Work Arrangements

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. After your initial office‑based training period of 12 weeks you’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern

Full time, 37.5 hours per week, rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm with some Saturday 9am to 1pm shifts.

Induction & Training

Induction Date: 11th May. When you join us, you’ll be given extensive training on our products and tools to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to succeed. You’ll receive one to one coaching sessions, take part in role plays, and even listen to live calls. Our sessions will help to motivate and inspire you as well as support you with your sales and retention techniques. Providing a Career Development Framework that is reviewed every six months for two years with your manager, giving you clear career progression. Full training and support you need to make a difference, no matter the stage of your career.
