We’re looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team on a 9-month FTC, driving the development and delivery of integrated advertising and consumer PR campaigns.
This role would suit someone with in-house campaign management or agency experience gained working on integrated, consumer campaigns across TV, radio, PR, social, content, partnerships and influencer activity.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the development and delivery of our through the line campaigns, working collaboratively with neighbouring teams and Campaign Manager.
- Manage agency partners to ensure effective delivery and output and develop agency briefs and collaborate with relevant teams and agency partners to strategise and execute creative platforms and channel plans.
- Champion the role of insight within our campaigns, keeping up to date with the latest research, developing a deep understanding of our audience segmentation and drivers which underpin our audiences' behaviours.
- Direct and support campaign manager on the delivery of campaign assets, including feedback from key stakeholders, business experts and compliance.
- Evaluate and monitor effectiveness of activity, to optimise delivery and plan for future activity.
- Develop and activate consumer PR and thought leadership campaigns, working in partnership with our corporate affairs and reputation experts.
- Maximise communications and campaign integration within the business, to ensure consistency across audiences and key touch points.
- Build effective customer journeys and bring channels together for connected, meaningful stories.

What you’ll bring:
- 8+ years’ experience delivering high profile campaigns, integrated campaigns across various channels – essential.
- In-house campaign management or agency experience gained working on integrated, consumer brand campaigns - essential.
- Deep understanding of range of earned, owned, shared and paid media channels – essential.
- Exceptional project, people and stakeholder management skills.
- Agency management experience – creative, media and PR.
- Management of large-scale budgets.
- Analytical and creative thinking, able to interrogate data and campaign performance.
- Confidence presenting to C-Suite level audience and in key forums in the business.
