Job Overview

Do you have an interest in delivering excellent service to AXA Health's corporate clients? We know our customers are looking for more than just our expertise in insurance; we help make the difference in their health and wellbeing too. Working alongside our Account Managers, you'll support renewing our health & wellbeing book of business, as well as driving renewal of large corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact and resolution for day-to-day queries.
  • Deliver excellent service to our corporate clients and assist the Account Management team with client retention.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, both insurance and non-insurance, specific to health and wellbeing corporate customers and the key benefits these products offer.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of your clients, appreciating individual client requirements and how best to manage them and meet their needs.
  • Develop an understanding of different department functions within AXA Health, particularly the departments you'll interact with. Know what they do and how they impact on our processes and how we impact theirs.

Work Arrangements

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working with health and wellbeing and large corporate accounts - essential.
  • Hands on experience of owning a portfolio of large corporate clients – essential.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills, appreciating different communication styles and adapting as necessary.
  • Precise time management skills.
  • Collaborative and approachable team member.
  • Customer centric, results driven and proactive whilst remaining flexible and forward thinking.
  • Integrity and able to take ownership for your work.
