Product Governance Executive - Part Time

Grow your career in Product Governance. If you’re inquisitive, analytical, have excellent influencing skills and knowledge of health insurance products, this could be the role for you. We’re looking for a customer focused person to join AXA Health’s Product Governance team. You’ll work 4 days per week.

As part of a small team, you’ll complete and deliver complex and detailed analysis and reporting for AXA Health’s products to provide assurance that they continue to meet the needs and wants of the target market and deliver fair customer outcomes.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing

  • Gather insight and analyse and investigate MI against defined customer outcomes using data, including complaints, customer value, claims servicing, customer insight, pricing and lapse data.
  • Report on your analysis and make recommendations to senior management to provide assurance around how our products are performing for customers and mitigate any potential customer detriment identified.
  • Produce a range of thematic customer outcome assessments focused on delivery of fair customer outcomes, with particular attention to vulnerable customers.
  • Present your investigations and findings with recommendations to key governance committees, demonstrating good understanding of regulatory expectations in the light of any findings.
  • Manage and develop new customer outcome MI, ensuring it’s accurate and continues to meet the needs of assessment activities, and remains relevant through business, product and system changes.
  • Share analysis of product changes made in previous product reviews, assessing for any evidence of actual or potential customer detriment.
  • Advise AXA Health colleagues on customer outcome expectations to support strategic decisions on product benefits.
  • Role model behaviours including stakeholder engagement and management, interpretation of MI and customer insight, report production and delivery of key findings and recommendations to governance committees.
