As a Digital Content Senior Executive, you’ll develop and execute a content strategy for AXA Health’s digital platforms, creating compelling web content, blog posts, articles, guides, and multimedia assets that educate and motivate action. You’ll collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to produce visually engaging content, ensuring consistency with AXA Health’s tone of voice and brand standards. Your work will directly impact our reputation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement a content strategy for the health insurance section, tailored to the individual audience with other audiences (SME, corporate etc.) as required
- Write high-quality, shareable content such as blog posts, articles, guides, and multimedia assets that inform and inspire action
- Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with AXA Health’s tone of voice and editorial standards
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and external agencies to create visually compelling content
- Manage content delivery within agreed timelines, stakeholder input, and approval processes
- Use data and KPIs to measure content performance, optimise ongoing content strategies, and demonstrate impact
- Build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external partners to identify new content opportunities and amplify content reach
- Support continuous improvement by experimenting with new formats and channels to increase engagement and audience growth

What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a content marketing professional, ideally within insurance, healthcare, or financial services
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of diverse content formats (blogs, whitepapers, social media posts)
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform content strategies and measure success
- Knowledge of SEO and experience driving organic growth through on-page and off-page optimisation
- Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, with a passion for storytelling and precision in writing
- Creative thinker, eager to explore new content formats and innovative ways to boost engagement
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external agencies
- Knowledge of the health insurance environment and multi-channel distribution strategies, with an understanding of the marketplace and customer needs
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
