Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers on the phone who are looking to review their Private Healthcare Insurance at renewal stage.
  • Listen carefully to understand customers’ needs and provide tailored solutions to help protect their future health.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and empathetically, handling sensitive conversations with care.
  • Convert sales opportunities.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers to enhance their experience.

Work Arrangements

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. After your initial office-based training period of 12 weeks you’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
