Job Overview You’ll retain and develop a portfolio of national corporate clients with significant healthcare spend, across insured and healthcare trust arrangements, together with health and wellbeing services including Employee Assistance Program (EAP) product offerings. You’ll contribute to AXA Health’s growth by delivering exceptional client service, driving profitable outcomes and supporting the achievement of strategies, plans and targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver high-value business to business (B2B) relationships to meet sales targets across products and services. Build strategic account plans, establishing strong relationships with decision makers and intermediaries to maximise retention and growth. Deeply understand client needs, proactively identify opportunities and lead negotiations to secure new business. Foster excellent cross-departmental collaborations to align strategic priorities and enhance client service. Gather and share market, customer and intermediary feedback to inform strategy and proposition development. Maintain expert knowledge of AXA Health’s offerings, industry trends and competitor landscape to advise clients effectively. Represent AXA Health at internal and external forums, promoting our values and offerings. Coach and develop colleagues within the wider team. Work Arrangements At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) from December 2026.
