Experience delivering health content within a regulated environment? We are looking for someone to join AXA Health's Marketing team and lead AXA Health's in-house content studio team - a centre of excellence for content marketing, editorial, storytelling and production. You'll deliver compelling, insight-driven content across every channel.
Working across both B2B (business to business) and B2C (business to consumer) audiences, you'll be responsible for the creation of content that informs, inspires and empowers people to take positive action for their health and the health of their business, while strengthening the AXA brand reputation and commercial impact. You'll oversee the full content lifecycle - from strategy and ideation through to production, publishing, and performance, ensuring our content is relevant, compliant and beautifully executed.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We are also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and lead AXA Health's content strategy, supporting our reputation and commercial goals.
- Build, manage and evolve a high-performing in-house content studio, integrating creative, editorial and video production expertise.
- Oversee development and delivery of editorial, social and video content for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Manage content creators, both in-house and via external partners.
- Use data, insight and audience segmentation to shape content planning.
- Continuously optimise output based on analytics and audience feedback.
- Establish best practices for briefing, workflow and governance to improve efficiency and quality.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Due to the number of applications we expect to receive for this role, we reserve the right to close this advert earlier than the listed closing date to ensure we are able to effectively manage interest. Therefore, if you're interested in joining us at AXA, please don't hesitate to apply.
What you'll bring:
- Significant experience leading content marketing, editorial and content production teams in-house or within a major agency is essential.
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-channel content strategies for consumer brands, ideally in healthcare, insurance or another regulated sector is essential.
- Deep understanding of both B2C and B2B audiences, their motivations and how to tailor content accordingly is essential.
- Strong experience managing content teams and creative partners including copywriters, editors, and videographers is essential.
- Exceptional editorial judgment and ability to simplify complex or sensitive health topics into clear, human stories.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience managing budgets and production schedules effectively.
- Collaborative, inclusive leadership style, able to inspire creative excellence and cross-team alignment.
