A Customer Service Advisor at AXA Health will be the face of the company, providing support to customers seeking health advice and assistance with claims. You will work in a friendly, flexible environment with a competitive starting salary and a generous benefits package.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will receive comprehensive training to gain the skills and confidence needed for the role.
  • You will answer calls from people facing various health challenges (e.g., physiotherapy, cancer treatment) and advise them on their claims.
  • You may need to decline a customer request at times, applying judgement to gather information and find solutions while keeping the customer’s interests at heart.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern:

Phone lines are open 8 am–8 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am–5 pm Saturdays and Bank Holidays. You will work 37.5 hours a week on a rota basis and will receive a generous shift allowance. Work hours are planned in advance to support a healthy work–life balance.

Induction & Training:

Induction dates are 19 February 2026 and 26 February 2026. AXA provides a career‑development framework reviewed every six months for two years, and support for studying for a paid Chartered Institute of Insurers (CII) qualification.

You’ll Bring:

  • No previous experience is required; the role is suitable for those starting a career, making a sector change, or moving into a head‑office environment.
  • You possess a friendly, approachable manner and work well as part of a team.
  • You have a genuine desire to help others and a strong willingness to learn.
  • You demonstrate excellent organisation, time‑management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You communicate well both verbally and in writing.

Eligibility:

As a precondition of employment, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
