We’re seeking a Healthcare Corporate Development Manager to join the Corporate Senior Leadership Team. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive growth and profitability across our corporate business by ensuring the effective communication of our value proposition and keeping our products and services competitive in the marketplace. You’ll also feed knowledge, data, and insights back to our proposition, product, marketing, and third‑party supplier teams to inform strategy and execution. You’ll empower our account management teams through targeted training and enablement, align internal capabilities with market needs, and champion consistent messaging to support sustainable growth via internal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with proposition/product development, marketing, third‑party, and customer services teams to ensure the delivery of market leading propositions to AXA’s corporate clients.
  • Use market insights and client feedback to identify trends for corporate products and services to enable effective proposition development and positioning.
  • Support the Corporate leadership team with insights and tools to support the large corporate strategy and improve large corporate client engagement.
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives to embed best practices in client engagement, solution positioning, and value articulation.
  • Chair the Large Corporate Bespoke Benefits Group.
  • Assess bespoke benefit requests, work with relevant stakeholders to determine feasibility, and drive simplification.
  • Working with our marketing teams, develop and implement clear communication strategies that articulate our value proposition to large corporate prospects.
  • Ensure all client and broker‑facing teams are equipped with the tools, messaging, and training needed to effectively present and sell propositions.
  • Oversee the design of comprehensive training programs for account managers and sales teams focused on propositions, industry trends, and consultative sales techniques.

Work Arrangements

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Deep knowledge of the Corporate PMI and Healthcare market and the needs of corporate clients and brokers.
  • Strong commercial and strategic awareness, with the ability to translate strategy into client and broker‑facing propositions.
  • Excellent presenting, training, and coaching skills.
  • Demonstrable project management and organisation skills including the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Proven stakeholder management and leadership capability.
  • Ability to build networks, maintaining credibility and diplomacy.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre‑employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
