Are you customer focused, commercially minded, and an expert helping to create and manage conversion rate optimisation (CRO) programmes? Do you have great analytical skills, hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms and love to find new ways to innovate, optimise and create brilliant customer experiences? We have a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity in AXA Health.

You’ll ensure we have the right digital analytics in place across AXA Health’s digital estate. You’ll support creation of dashboards and reports, ensuring the appropriate tracking is in place to meet our business requirements. You’ll use these analytics to help shape and deliver CRO programmes.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You\’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells or Bournemouth offices, visiting clients or attending industry events. Monthly travel to our London office is required.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Consider our entire digital customer experience and journeys. Help make sure that every touchpoint delivers against our strategy whilst providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Manage A/B testing, review results, working with stakeholders at various levels, and ensure insights lead to action, resulting in smooth, intuitive, and conversion-boosting experiences.
  • Work with Product teams to help shape backlogs and influence commercial outcomes for customers through data-driven solutions and decision making.
  • Utilise analytics to identify underperformance and suggest solutions to problems, whilst also highlighting areas of success.
  • Create clear reporting and status updates for key stakeholders. Highlight key journeys, KPI’s, opportunities and insights.
  • Design data driven testing roadmaps for agreed customer journeys.
  • Identify patterns in customer behaviour and translate them into meaningful commercial opportunities that add value.

What you’ll bring:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, with awareness of customer behaviour and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of supporting and implementing successful CRO initiatives drive business and customer value.
  • Solid experience and knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering A/B testing and CRO activity in experimentation tools, preferably Optimizley Experimentation.
  • Experience of creating analytical dashboards, including use of Decibel and PowerBI.
  • Project management skillset.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams of technical and business experts, building meaningful relationships.
  • Brilliant presentational, engagement and communication skills.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
