Team Leader – Speciality
London, UK
This is a unique and challenging role for an experienced and motivated individual. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing team while actively participating in their daily tasks. This hands-on approach will help you understand operational challenges, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement.
What you’ll be doing
Essential responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of UA’s working on Marine and Aerospace
- Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and addressing concerns
- Fostering a positive team environment
- Identifying training needs
- Monitoring performance against KPIs
- Holding team meetings to discuss performance and share best practices
- Participating in daily team tasks
- Ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Resolving operational issues and escalating when necessary
- Contributing to process improvements
- Ensuring policy and procedure compliance
- Maintaining high client and broker satisfaction
- Building relationships with stakeholders
You will report to the Speciality Operations Manager.
