Team Leader – Speciality

London, UK

This is a unique and challenging role for an experienced and motivated individual. As Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing team while actively participating in their daily tasks. This hands-on approach will help you understand operational challenges, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing

Essential responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of UA’s working on Marine and Aerospace
  • Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and addressing concerns
  • Fostering a positive team environment
  • Identifying training needs
  • Monitoring performance against KPIs
  • Holding team meetings to discuss performance and share best practices
  • Participating in daily team tasks
  • Ensuring timely completion of deliverables
  • Resolving operational issues and escalating when necessary
  • Contributing to process improvements
  • Ensuring policy and procedure compliance
  • Maintaining high client and broker satisfaction
  • Building relationships with stakeholders

You will report to the Speciality Operations Manager.
