AXA UK is seeking a Senior Sustainability Manager to shape and embed climate risk into governance and strategy. You will lead the PRA SS5/25 work streams, coordinating regulatory engagement and translating climate scenario outputs into actionable insights for risk, finance, underwriting and strategy teams.
You will drive external benchmarking, disclosures and horizon scanning, supporting AXA UK to position itself as a sustainability leader while guiding cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
