You’ll be responsible for ensuring health propositions are designed, implemented and maintained in line with approved design, local and regulatory expectations, and customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities

- Partner with key stakeholders to support successful and timely completion of approvals.
- Stay informed of key regulatory changes and expert guidance, applying learnings to reviews and processes.
- Manage governance forums, decision papers, proposition controls, audit trails for proposition changes, launches and material enhancements.
- Provide assurance that propositions are implemented in line with approved design, customer value statements, pricing assumptions and operational models.
- Validate that proposition features, exclusions, eligibility rules and journeys are consistently reflected across policy documentation, sales materials, systems and claims handling.
- Ensure propositions meet regulatory expectations, including Consumer Duty, conduct risk and fair value considerations.
- Lead monitoring and remediation activity where proposition performance or delivery deviates from intent.
Work arrangements
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

- Confident operating in complex, matrix environments with senior stakeholders.
- Strong judgement and decision making in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communication skills with good diligence and the ability to absorb high volumes of information and distil to pertinent facts.
