AXA UK is seeking an experienced Compliance and Conduct Lead to join our UK Risk and Compliance team. You will provide expert advice to senior Health leaders and collaborate with second-line teams to develop regulatory frameworks and drive positive customer outcomes.

You will influence first-line colleagues, represent compliance at key committees, and lead initiatives to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and AXA's risk strategy. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
