You will handle liability disputes, make liability decisions and manage challenging customer cases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements in your jurisdiction.
Reporting into the Claims Team Leader, you will act as a point of contact for customers, third parties and other claims areas to register claims and manage them to settlement stage.
