We are on the lookout for a proactive and strategic Salesforce Business Partner to join our team. You will ensure our Salesforce platform aligns seamlessly with our business objectives, helping us maximise value across the organisation. Acting as the vital link between stakeholders and technical teams, you will foster understanding, collaboration, and the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
You will work closely with subject matter experts from various departments to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into a clear change roadmap. Supporting and leading a team of three Salesforce Administrators, you will collaborate with our development team to deliver impactful solutions.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You will work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We are also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you will be doing:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business units to understand their Salesforce needs and challenges.
- Gather, analyse, and document requirements to deliver scalable, user-friendly Salesforce solutions.
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, including updates and integrations.
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Manage change implementation by communicating effectively and aligning stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
- Lead and develop a team of three Salesforce Administrators, fostering high performance.
- Stay updated on Salesforce trends and best practices to recommend continuous improvements.

What you will bring:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
- Knowledge of data governance, security principles, and compliance standards within Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and/or development is preferred.
- Degree or equivalent in business, IT, or a related field, with relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant) is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in a Salesforce Business Partner, Business Analyst, or similar role, with people management skills.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
