Job overview

If you are an experienced Training & Development Leader, we would love to hear from you!

You’ll be responsible for the creation and delivery of inductions, training, coaching and support for Client Delivery across all business products services and processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preparation, design and delivery of the induction and training programme for the Client Management Team, covering products, processes and systems.
  • Develop and implement training processes ensuring consistent, high-quality training and support across all locations.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of all products, services and processes to communicate and share across the Client Management Team.
  • Work with Team Managers to proactively identify and feedback gaps in knowledge and skills across the team ensuring effective solutions are delivered on time.
  • Develop a strong understanding of various training and coaching styles and methodologies, to identify and promote the best approach for each training requirement and individual.
  • Work with and support Team Managers in the integration of new products, processes and systems ensuring the team have a full understanding and support them during the initial stages.
  • Create andmaintaina coaching manual that can be used to train new people joining the team and as a reference point across the team.
  • Proactively develop and build strong working relationships across the Client Management Team and beyond, understanding the environment in which they operate and how they deliver the best possible service to the customer.

Work arrangements

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.

You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future.

Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Your skills & experience

  • Experience of developing and delivering training and coaching solutions.
  • Proven expert technical knowledge of client management, ideally within the insurance market.
  • Knowledge of health insurance and wellbeing arenas, along with relevant industry knowledge and best practice.
  • Confidence and ability to design, prepare and deliver training to others, using varied techniques and approaches.
  • Ability to interact and communicate at all levels in a straightforward manner, checking for understanding.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and take accountability for decisions made.
  • Takes ownership for own development and utilises the internal career progression platforms.
  • Ability to provide feedback in a constructive and positive way to ensure optimum outcome.
