What you’ll be doing: Are you eager to contribute to risk management in a global and regulated environment? AXA Partners is seeking a Risk and Internal Control Analyst to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct second-line testing of internal controls to ensure they are effective and compliant with group standards.
  • Support the documentation, communication, and follow-up of test results with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with the annual assessment of operational risks and promote escalation procedures.
  • Identify, investigate, and report operational incidents, tracking their resolution and corrective actions.
  • Maintain and monitor internal control actions and the issue log, escalating deadlines as needed.
  • Regularly prepare reports on control effectiveness for senior management.
  • Train first-line control owners in the use of SCALA, the internal control reporting system.
  • Manage the daily administration of SCALA, including user management, data quality, and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to system improvements and support the global internal control community.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, risk management or a related field.
  • Up to 2 or 3 years of experience, ideally in control, audit, or risk management roles within insurance, assistance, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (essential); familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, resilient, and professional.
  • Fluency in English; French language skills are desirable.
