We are looking for a HRBP for a FTC contract of 10 months in our Redhill office.
The HR Business Partner undertakes critical role by collaborating with the Leadership team of their defined business areas to faciliate the design and delivery of the people plan, a key enabler for the execution of the business strategy.
The role works cross functionally to drive organisational effectiveness ensuring that the right skills , talent and resources are in place.
Whilst supporting leaders to create a positive working environment ensuring people are effectively managed to support the development of the organsiation.
What you’ll be doing
- Strategy
- Support Senior HRBP by developing a strong understanding of COO business goals and ensure these are successfully translated into People Plans.
- Understand and influence the COO business strategy and identify opportunities to increase alignment with the strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize and build organisational knowledge skills and behaviours
- Offer thought leadership on organisational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Participation in AXA Partners centrally managed HR programs and projects as required by AXA Partners Global HR team.
- Build close and effective relationships with the COEs to secure their expertise to deliver on the People Strategy
- Organisational Design
- Support the design and delivery of organisation design and development interventions to increase organisational efficiency and embed the desired culture and behaviour changes
- Talent Management
- Identify key skills, knowledge and behaviours required for the business areas success, implement defined talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Act as the advocate for leading the talent management and development plans for the business unit with a focus on building the capability of leaders, building skills and capabilities of the workforce, and ensuring succession plans are in place.
- Culture and Engagement
- Act as a role model and foster a positive work culture aligned to AXAs values.
- Support and drive a performance culture to drive accountability
- Execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation and overall engagement
- Coach and influence leaders to enhance or change culture helping AXA achieve its strategic priorities.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Embed the use of metrics to measure impact ofpeople initiativeswithin the HR function
- Identify trends, provide insights and recommend solutions to key stakeholders on key metrics to improve business performance
- Employee Relations
- Ensure effective HR policies and guidance are in place for managers and employees.
- Coach and advise leaders on high-risk cases
- Partner with the ER team to build strong manager capability to effectively address any ER issues
What you’ll bring
- 8 to 10 years of HR experience, ideally at CIDP level 5 or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience working within Operations environments, such as contact centers, with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations while maintaining focus on delivery.
- Strong data literacy, including analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources, and using HR metrics to inform business decisions and propose solutions.
- Deep understanding of business operations, commercial acumen, and financial principles, including interpreting financial performance, ROI, budgets, and costs related to people initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, build relationships across levels and functions, and challenge stakeholders constructively in complex organizational settings
