Join our UK&I Finance team on a temporary 12 Month contract as a Finance Change Analyst. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic environment where your skills will help shape the future of our finance operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project activities such as planning, scheduling, and tracking progress
  • Collaborating with finance and IT teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Analyzing existing finance processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Designing future state ('to-be') processes that enhance efficiency and control
  • Documenting business requirements and testing system changes to ensure they meet needs
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across finance functions
  • Assisting users in resolving system issues and optimizing processes

What you’ll bring:

  • Practical experience working within a finance or accounting role, preferably in Financial Control, Planning & Analysis, or similar. Professional accountancy qualification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of finance systems (such as general ledgers, planning tools, reporting platforms). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and track projects effectively. Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve issues.
  • Excellent skills to clearly explain complex concepts and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
