Job overview: The Proposition Executive will assist with ‘in-flight’ products and value add services within the AXA Global Healthcare portfolio. You'll support the bi-annual Product Review programme for multi-insurer international health insurance products and support the implementation of product changes on all products underwritten by AXA Global Healthcare’s panel of insurers. You’ll be involved with supporting the evolution of existing products by making recommendations on product changes which have been informed by analysing management information, market trends, and competitor analysis, while also taking into consideration customer feedback and outputs from the Product Oversight Reviews. We’re looking for individuals who can look at similar products and be able to spot the subtle differences and bring these to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in producing and issuing appropriate and accurate communications on changes to products.
- Support in delivering activities related to competitor analysis, ensuring product information is correct on external marketing.
- Assist in the creation of data analysis of existing products, including producing Quarterly / Bi-annual reports.
- Support value-add service maintenance including third party providers and aid market research and competitor analysis related to value-add services.
- Assist in product development to help shape benefits, using experience of our existing portfolio and insights.
- Ensure Governance is available on products, by supporting the use of the Product & Oversight Governance Policy.
- Own effective and constructive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business, for example teammates, business experts, external experts, content leads, content owners, process leads, and process owners.
Work arrangements:
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients, or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
Your skills & experience:
- Proven interpersonal and communications skills, written and verbal.
- Experience in business coordination or project support.
- Basic experience of analytics, reporting, and data modelling.
- Proven experience collaborating with varied stakeholder types, including third party providers and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines.
- Highly organised, detail oriented and creative approach to problem solving.
- Commercial awareness and financial services market exposure.
- Product Management experience.
- Health Insurance experience from a global company.
