AXA Partners is looking for a dedicated Product Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team in Redhill. What you’ll be doing:
As a Product Executive, you will support the development, governance, and marketing of all UK and Ireland insurance products, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and customer needs. Your role will involve:
- Supporting Regulatory Changes: Assisting with policy reviews, amendments, and data analysis to implement new regulations smoothly.
- Product Updates and Launches: Working closely with the Product Manager to review and approve product changes and new offerings, following governance policies.
- Customer & Market Research: Conducting research through surveys, competitor analysis, focus groups, and external studies to gather insights that inform product and business strategies.
- Project Support: Assisting with various projects to help the team meet objectives and improve product offerings.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Evaluating data sets to identify trends and support decision‑making.
- Marketing & Sales Support: Contributing to the development and refinement of customer journeys, documentation, and communication strategies.
