Job Overview

AXA Bolton Office is looking for a group of People Services Advisors to join the team on a fixed term basis until the end of 2026. Are you someone who loves helping others and keeping things organised? You'll play a key role in guiding our colleagues with expert advice, managing cases, and supporting our HR systems. If you're customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and thrive in a busy environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle calls and emails, provide HR support, manage case portfolios, and ensure data accuracy in our systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver top‑notch service and support vital HR projects.
  • Answer calls and provide advice to colleagues.
  • Manage cases via Help and support HR tasks and escalations.
  • Support HR processes and document filing.
  • Collaborate with payroll and other teams.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Ensure high‑quality customer service at all times.

Work Arrangements

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
