As a Strategy Lead in the Energy Transition team at AXA XL, you will work closely with the team to assist with the execution of the Energy Transition strategic direction. Your role will involve facilitating discussions, coordinating meetings, and supporting the Team's performance and collaboration. Additionally, you will support collaboration with stakeholders across AXA XL and with the AXA Group.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist the Head of Energy Transition to identify and deliver the key strategic priorities and objectives for the Energy Transition Strategy and support to engage, influence and align stakeholders in support of these objectives.
  • Work with Senior Leaders at local, regional, and global levels on matters of strategic importance (and in many cases of a highly confidential/sensitive nature).
  • Develop connectivity across AXA XL identifying synergies and opportunities to enhance value to our clients and our commercial delivery.
  • Work with the Global Energy Transition team to understand how strategic direction evolves in response to internal and external factors in a proactive and commercial manner.
  • Assist in delivery of key strategic projects to support the strategy to profitably grow the Global book of business. This includes the execution of existing plans for Regional Revenue Synergies, development of the Regional Specialty proposition (including eSME) and other enhanced service initiatives.
  • Assist in delivery of key internal change projects, as well as Regional and Legal Entity projects on behalf of the Head of Energy Transition.
  • Contribute to critical business change management initiatives across the organization as defined.
  • Support the preparation and participation in external market forums and discussions, ensuring they benefit and align to AXA XL’s objectives.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating key Regional and Legal entity meetings including strategy days to agree the right direction for the business.
  • Develop management and monitoring tools using internal data sources to track, measure and report on results and benefits of initiatives.
  • Production of market information and benchmark reports to inform decisions and support existing actions.
