  • Enable P&A department to deliver value via creating seamless, efficient and controlled routes for rating changes.
  • Develop tools for the team and external teams to increase our rating capability.
  • Contribute to architectural and technical documentation.
  • Engage with stakeholders regularly and distil requirements into technical details.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Take ownership of AXA Retail business performance and how ML teams can contribute to that.

  • Demonstrable experience in previous data science or software roles.
  • Critical and analytical approach to problem structuring.
  • Ability to continually learn and develop.
  • Strong drive to deliver and comfortable collaborating in a team.
  • Effective communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong initiative and desire to steer technical change.
  • Experience working with Git.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
