As the Future of Work & AI Transformation Manager, you will translate cutting-edge AI capabilities and emerging technologies into actionable organizational and talent strategies. Your role will ensure XL’s Tech & AI teams remain agile, inclusive, and human-centered as we navigate demographic shifts, digital acceleration, and the future of work.

What you’ll be doing

  • AI-Driven Workforce Transformation: Lead the design and execution of future-ready workforce models tailored to the Tech & AI division, integrating AI, automation, and digital tools. Conduct impact assessments to identify changes in roles, skills, and operating models specific to AI initiatives.
  • Technology-to-Workforce Translation: Collaborate closely with AI and technology teams to understand new capabilities, assessing implications for work, roles, and talent requirements. Translate these insights into strategic workforce planning and upskilling initiatives.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Develop targeted change management strategies to facilitate AI adoption, ensuring teams are supported through transitions. Build sustainment plans that embed new ways of working and foster continuous learning.
  • Skills & Talent Strategy: Partner with HR and division leaders to craft reskilling, upskilling, and redeployment programs aligned with AI and technological innovations. Promote a culture of learning agility, emphasizing strategic skill development to meet evolving technological demands.
  • Leadership & Culture Enablement: Support division leaders in modeling inclusive, authentic leadership behaviors that foster trust, belonging, and resilience amid rapid technological change. Embed reflection and human-centered practices into team routines.
  • Inclusive Growth & Storytelling: Share stories of inclusion, innovation, and transformation within the division. Use narrative techniques to communicate the future of work, foster engagement and alignment.
  • Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Define and monitor success metrics related to AI adoption, workforce agility, and cultural health within the Tech & AI teams. Use data to iterate and refine transformation strategies.

You will report to the Global Head of Human Resources, Technology & AI Office.

What you’ll bring

  • Key Skills & Capabilities: Extensive experience in enterprise technology transformation, AI adoption, and digital workforce strategy. Deep understanding of AI, automation, and emerging technologies impacting organizational roles and capabilities. Proven ability to translate complex technological impacts into strategic workforce and organizational designs. Outstanding change management, facilitation, and storytelling skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences. Data-driven mindset with experience in storytelling and influencing decision-making through metrics. Ability to foster trust, psychological safety, and a culture of inclusion within highly technical teams. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, adept at navigating complex organizational ecosystems.
  • Qualifications: Proven track record leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives, particularly in AI and digital domains. Experience with AI transformation, digital operating models, and organizational design. Background in consulting, advisory, or leadership roles within technology-driven change. Demonstrated success in embedding sustainable change and fostering inclusive, innovative cultures.
