We are looking for a Personal Assistant to become a vital part of our dynamic team on a 12 month FTC, providing essential administrative and business support to our Executives and Senior Managers. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our leadership team by managing a variety of admin-based tasks. Your responsibilities will include diary management, coordinating travel arrangements, processing invoices and expenses, and maintaining people systems. Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage Executives’ and Senior Leaders’ diaries, prioritising key activities and supporting efficient time management to maximise strategic impact.

- Arrange and manage business travel, including bookings and itineraries, to support smooth and cost-effective trips.
