AXA Retail are looking for a Performance Manager to drive the success of our Intermediary Home and Motor portfolios. You’ll oversee portfolio performance, making strategic pricing and underwriting interventions to optimise results while ensuring strong governance and oversight. You’ll be responsible for portfolio trading activities, employing robust analytical skills to deliver on AXA’s business objectives through effective performance management. At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
- Take full ownership of delivering planned GWP and policy volumes for designated partners and product segments.
- Manage overall COR and performance indicators for the product segment and/or broker accounts to ensure targets are met.
- Oversee scheme management of individual schemes and products to achieve performance goals.
- Quantify and deliver KPI financials and product pipeline opportunities, including underwriting criteria, product limits, and covers.
- Develop and maintain strong external trading relationships with partners through regular engagement.
- Ensure adherence to product development governance, controls, and regulatory standards, including FCA compliance.
- Build and maintain internal relationships to drive positive business outcomes and support strategic objectives.
- Support the development and execution of the Intermediary strategy in line with AXA’s overall business objectives.
