Job overview

We have a new opportunity for a Partner Management Office Lead to join us. You’ll provide leadership to the Partner Management Office team, collectively ensuring all contractual agreements, third-party risk and compliance activities and reporting requirements across the Partner Management team are mapped, executed and tracked on an ongoing basis to deliver value and efficiency to AXA UK, in line with organisational requirements and objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage contracting activity within the scope and parameters of the Partner Management team, collaborating with colleagues in Procurement as necessary in order to deliver optimal outcomes for AXA UK and the supplier in question.
  • Act as the Partner Management owner of the third-party contracting process, third-party risk processes and reporting processes, liaising with Procurement and Third-Party Risk Management as appropriate.
  • Provide line management support, coaching and guidance to the Partner Management Office team both onshore and offshore.
  • Working with the wider Partner Management team, provide organisational leadership to ensure work orders, contract changes, contract renewals, third-party risk and compliance activities and reporting requirements are understood, co-ordinated, delivered and tracked appropriately across the team’s organisational scope and supplier portfolio.
  • Document existing processes and identify opportunities to make significant improvements, related to all activities within the team's scope, driving efficiency on behalf of the wider Partner Management function and AXA UK.
  • Lead ad-hoc activities across the AXA UK organisation, where an initiative is expected to impact multiple members of the Partner Management team, acting as the single point of contact and co-ordination across the group.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
