Job overview
We have a new opportunity for a Partner Management Analyst to join us. You’ll ensure all day-to-day processes across the team are documented, executed and tracked in line with organisational requirements. You’ll manage a few low-criticality third party relationships ensuring core processes such as renewals, issues and escalations and payments are administered efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Providing operational delivery support to ensure third party regulatory, risk and compliance, reporting, demand management and planning are understood, coordinated and tracked appropriately.
- Team process documentation, design and improvement including automation where possible.
- Working with the Partner Management Office Lead, ensuring the agreed group of lower criticality suppliers are managed to the appropriate level of service, in line with organisational requirements.
- Liaising with offshore team members to ensure workload and activities are understood, appropriately assigned and prioritised.
Work arrangements
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
Your skills & experience
- Experience managing and developing business processes, ideally within a commercial and regulated environment.
- Experience developing relationships with third‑party suppliers.
- Good levels of commercial acumen and financial awareness, to drive cost efficiency throughout the supplier engagement lifecycle.
- Data‑literate, with a good understanding of reporting systems and structures.
- Able to work with new technology systems and understand how to adopt them to improve process efficiency and quality of outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail, taking pride in the quality and accuracy of outcomes delivered.
