As DEI, Wellbeing and Community Lead, you shape an inclusive, healthy culture across AXA UK by steering DEI, wellbeing, and community initiatives.

You connect enterprise priorities to local actions, driving measurable impact on colleague wellbeing and organisational effectiveness.

You partner with senior leaders and external partners to embed AXA values and Ways of Working.

Responsibilities

  • Translate enterprise DEI, wellbeing, and culture priorities into annual plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Direct resources across the portfolio to maximise organisational impact on DEI, wellbeing, and culture.
  • Lead culture diagnostics and translate insights into interventions and priorities.
  • Develop and sponsor initiatives that embed AXA values and Ways of Working.
  • Oversee wellbeing programmes (physical, mental, financial) and community investment, volunteering and social impact.
  • Set employee listening approaches on culture, inclusion and wellbeing and drive action from insights.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on culture, inclusion and wellbeing priorities, risks and opportunities.
  • Lead, develop and coordinate the Culture, Wellbeing and Community team and external partners.
  • Key requirements
  • Significant experience leading DEI, wellbeing, culture or related programmes in a complex organisation.
  • Strong understanding of organisational culture, inclusion, employee wellbeing and evidence-based intervention design.
  • Ability to interpret employee insight and workforce data and translate into practical priorities.
  • Strong strategic programme leadership, governance, and management of external partners and investments.
  • Credibility influencing senior leaders and collaborating with People, Communications, Reward, Learning and Analytics teams.
