Overview
As Culture, Engagement and Experience Lead, you will shape and continuously enhance AXA UK's colleague experience.
You’ll design engagement and communications strategies, recognition programs, and listening initiatives to strengthen culture and improve moments across the employee lifecycle.
You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate priorities into a clear roadmap and measurable improvements.

Responsibilities
- Lead the employee engagement and colleague experience agenda and translate priorities into a strategy and roadmap
- Define and improve key lifecycle experiences and moments that matter using feedback to set improvement priorities
- Set colleague communications strategy in partnership with Internal Communications and business stakeholders
- Lead employee listening and engagement approaches with measurable improvement actions
- Oversee recognition programs and engagement campaigns, with executive reporting
- Collaborate with senior leaders and People teams to land initiatives effectively
- Develop and prioritize the Experience and Engagement capability across communications and experience programs
- Key requirements
- Significant experience in employee engagement, colleague experience, internal communications, culture or related People disciplines
- Strong understanding of lifecycle experiences, listening, recognition and communication strategy
- Experience turning insight into measurable programs and roadmaps
- Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management and programme leadership in a complex organisation
- Ability to influence senior leaders and work across People, Communications, Reward, Learning and operations teams
