Are you passionate about driving meaningful change within large organisations? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Practitioner to join us on a 6 month FTC, to lead and support our strategic change initiatives. In this pivotal role, you'll craft and execute change management strategies that maximise adoption, ensure smooth transitions and deliver real business benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the people change plan across multiple programmes, aligning with business objectives.
- Develop and implement change approaches and frameworks, engaging stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct change impact assessments, focusing on business processes and employee adoption readiness.
- Perform stakeholder analysis, creating RACI maps and communication plans to facilitate engagement.
- Design and deliver plans to enhance employee engagement and foster an adoptive change mindset.
- Support benefits realisation by ensuring smooth change adoption with minimal disruption to BAU.
- Collaborate with programme and business leaders on communication, training and engagement strategies.
- Coach managers on change management techniques to promote a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
Your skills & experience
- Experience in change management, ideally with relevant qualifications.
- Influencing and collaboration skills, capable of bringing cross-functional teams together.
- Demonstrated expertise in change impact analysis, readiness assessment, stakeholder engagement and culture change.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor at all levels, including delivering end-user training and communications.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement approaches and techniques.
