You’ll facilitate the smooth conduct of agile ceremonies, oversee day-to-day coordination, and work in partnership with the Business Sponsor to execute the product roadmap.

Your focus will be on maintaining delivery discipline, managing the product backlog, and driving continuous improvement, while also developing your product management skills through exposure to strategic activities.

Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers.

You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future.

Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients, or attending industry events.

Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.
