Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of IT Service Continuity and Resilience Management? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Resilience Analyst to play a key role in defining, designing, monitoring, and delivering robust continuity solutions.

Reporting into the UK Service Resilience Manager, you’ll provide assurance to our executives, shareholders and financial services agencies that our continuity provisions aren’t just adequate but exemplary, ensuring we’re prepared to recover swiftly from any major incident or disaster.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the implementation of an IT Service Continuity Management framework through the development and delivery of a policy and road map aligned to business requirements.
  • Assisting the Service Resilience Manager in executing Disaster Recovery (DR) test activities by engaging with IT stakeholders, AXA Group Operations, and key third-party vendors to ensure effective IT Service Continuity.
  • Managing project teams and resources.
  • Defining scope and objectives while ensuring alignment with audit requirements and providing governance reports to the Executive Team.
  • Aiding the Service Resilience Manager define and implement an annual end to end DR testing programme for on-premise and strategic Cloud Services.
  • Assisting the Service Resilience Manager in all internal and external audit/control requirements, delivering on time any remediation action plans.
  • Developing best practice and procedures to enable recommendation through to AXA Global Service Continuity Standards.

What you’ll bring:

  • IT Service Continuity experience with a focus on disaster recovery testing across Azure and Amazon Web Services.
  • Experience of project lifecycle with project management skills.
  • Good stakeholder management.
  • Strong reporting skills preferably with PowerBI experience and the ability to assimilate information quickly, clearly identifying key issues and present information concisely.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a wide network both internally and with third party suppliers and vendors.
  • Capacity management experience desirable.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
