AXA XL in Ipswich is seeking a Notice of Cancellation Specialist to support premium collection, strengthen controls, and assist clients with genuine payment delays. Based in our Ipswich office with Hybrid Working, you will own the end-to-end NOC process, liaise with UK & Lloyd’s teams, update the accounting systems, and communicate clearly with brokers.
You will build professional relationships, use reporting tools to identify risk, and help ensure timely notification and resolution.
