At AXA Commercial, we support our business customers, large and small, by making it easy for them to do business with us in the way that suits them. Whether they insure with us via brokers, directly on the phone or online through comparison sites, we’ve got them covered.

As Business Development Manager in our Ipswich branch, you’ll build meaningful relationships with a designated panel of key brokers. You’ll take ownership for generating profitable business. You’ll develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities. You’ll plan, forecast and set operational targets, helping us to achieve AXA Commercial’s strategic development plan.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
