We are seeking aHead of Multinational Solutions Services. As the leader of the Multinational Solutions Services team, you will lead a team comprised of professionals in Asia, Europe, North America and Latin America. The team works with experts across the Insurance segment to make sure our multinational solutions offerings and services continue to respond to the changing needs of our clients and brokers around the world and AXA XL achieves its market leading ambition in Multinational Solutions.
What you’ll be doing
What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Leading a team of professionals in the Multinational Solutions Services to ensure alignment with Business Unit and divisional priorities and business requirements.
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to support the structure, effectiveness, transformation and continuous improvement of our Multinational Solutions platform and capabilities
- Ensure AXA XL holistic performance monitoring across Multinational Solutions E2E process including network rating, provide reporting on Multinational Solutions specific KPIs
- Solving complex problems, mediating disputes and dealing with issues associated with complex Multinational Solutions concepts and structures.
- Acting as a thought leader for Multinational Solutions best practices and proposing improvements and refinements in the handling of multinational solutions.
- Identifying and managing the AXA XL external network partners and being accountable for the network partners’ service delivery to the AXA XL agreed service standards across the full value chain (e.g. policy issuance, credit control, claims, data quality, etc.) and their full compliance with group and AXA XL standards
- Own and lead the tech and data platform for program instruction and implementation across owned offices and NPs
- Establish and own required cross-functional and pan-BU governance for E2E service performance
In this role, you will report to the Global Head of Operations with a matrix reporting line into the Head of Multinational Solutions.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Well established insurance industry experience and established experience in a large, multinationalcorporate insurance business.
- Deep understanding of Multinational Solutions business and of captives
- Effective negotiation skills – across geographies and cultures.
- Proven project and change management experience – planning, organising, executing and following-through ensuring global change adoption
- Demonstrated ability to make connections between and synthesise concepts across lines-of-businesses and disciplines.
- Established service-orientation, interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with different internal departments (incl UW, MO, InsOps, Claims, regulatory, tax and legal) and external customers and network partners
- Strategic Thinker. Able to visualise what doesn\’t exist and know how to get there. Can invent, design and build.
- Demonstrates managerial courage. Coaches, trains, sets expectations, evaluates and holds people accountable for delivering. Proven track record of team development and leadership for both direct and indirect resources.
- Ability to leverage your subject matter expertise to influence and persuade others. This may take the form of gaining support, inspiring others, persuading others to become your champions, or engaging someone\’s imagination.
- Innovative thinker, willing to turn ideas on their head. Bright and can handle highly complex situations. Can manage multiple priorities.
