We are looking for a passionate and skilled professional to join AXA Partners as our Global Value Proposition, Product Approval Lead for Motor, Home, Health, and Travel solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all documentation in the Product Approval Process (PAP)
- Deliver PAPs for various lines of business to support our product portfolio management and innovation
- Define and manage the PAP planning process
- Ensure all products comply with internal policies and standards
- Coordinate with central teams to manage the entire PAP validation process
- Collaborate with internal experts in Pricing, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Marketing to prepare and submit necessary PAP documentation
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies
- Work closely with product development teams to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional project teams to implement regulatory, pricing, underwriting, and customer value initiatives
- Develop project plans and timelines to track progress and report to senior management on milestones and deliverables
- Support other areas within the Global Value Proposition as needed

- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage complex projects
- Excellent analytical skills with a knack for data-driven decision-making
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management
- Good understanding of insurance regulations
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across various functions
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages (like French or Spanish) is a strong plus
