We are looking for a passionate and skilled professional to join AXA Partners as our Global Value Proposition, Product Approval Lead for Motor, Home, Health, and Travel solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all documentation in the Product Approval Process (PAP)
  • Deliver PAPs for various lines of business to support our product portfolio management and innovation
  • Define and manage the PAP planning process
  • Ensure all products comply with internal policies and standards
  • Coordinate with central teams to manage the entire PAP validation process
  • Collaborate with internal experts in Pricing, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Marketing to prepare and submit necessary PAP documentation
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies
  • Work closely with product development teams to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to implement regulatory, pricing, underwriting, and customer value initiatives
  • Develop project plans and timelines to track progress and report to senior management on milestones and deliverables
  • Support other areas within the Global Value Proposition as needed
