We're seeking a highly logical individual for a 6-month fixed-term contract in our Risk Assurance Team. You’ll report to the Distribution Assurance Manager, supporting with reporting, issue management, system setup, and procedure documentation. You’ll focus on managing risks across AXA UK and linking this work to our own risk framework, resulting in proactive risk identification and management.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver high standard reporting in alignment to the risk ownership model and the AXA Commercial Governance Framework.
- Report on progress of the daily planning cycle.
- Support assurance activity in areas such as information requests, file reviews and any other required assurance activity.
- Management information reporting, ensuring a diary of required reports is communicated to facilitate team reporting.
- Assurance monitoring activity, on site and off site.
- Support assurance consultants and managers with delivery of the assurance plan.
- Build meaningful working relationships across Risk Assurance teams and other AXA UK business areas.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
