Are you highly technical with experience in Data Protection, Data Privacy law and regulatory compliance? We’ve an exciting opportunity for a Data Protection Manager to join our AXA Health Data Protection team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You’ll provide privacy compliance advice to AXA Health, primarily helping to identify and manage privacy risks arising from strategic change programmes. You’ll also support the operation of the AXA UK privacy compliance framework advising on breach management, individual rights responses, marketing queries etc. You’ll also enhance the underlying processes themselves including policy review/revision, process updates, communication and training.
The ’Change’ aspect to the role allows the opportunity to work with teams such as Pricing, Customer Services, Data Science, IT and Architecture, Change, Data Platform Engineering, Data Governance, Data Security, Risk and Compliance, Legal, Third Party Risk as well as AXA Group and external third party providers. Initiative to support include Robotic Process Automation, Data Analytics and AI (including GenAI) use cases, company reorganisations, customer service transformations, claims transformation, digital transformation and new product launches.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You\’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home at our offices, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
