Job overview: The Data & AI Business Partner is a key role within the Chief Data Office (CDO) of AXA Global Healthcare, responsible, in collaboration with the business team, for driving insights and embedding AI into their activities, extracting value from data, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture and ensuring adoption of AI. In the context of merging the different data teams of AXA Global Healthcare, this role exists to implement analytics strategy, deliver business intelligence solutions, and ensure alignment across the entire data value chain with other data stakeholders. It’s a global role that supports all functions and AGH businesses.
Key responsibilities:
- Prioritise, oversee, and define analytics initiatives to deliver actionable insights and measurable business impact.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and define high-value data & AI use cases and ensure analytics output meets their needs (Specifications).
- Lead the development and delivery of automated business intelligence (BI) from data enrichment (with data engineers) to visualisation.
- Lead the migration to new data platform of current analytics from SAS and Business Objects to modern data stack.
- Lead the adoption of self-service analytics data & AI platforms by data enthusiasts within AGH.
- Contribute to data & AI governance and ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and AI principles.
- Manage a high-performing analytics team.
- Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and data & AI-driven thinking within the team and across the organisation.
Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
Your skills & experience:
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Actuarial, Statistics, or a related field.
- Significant experience leading analytics teams and delivering end-to-end analytics projects in Insurance or Healthcare sector.
- Strong expertise in BI & analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and analytics frameworks (Databricks, Python, SQL).
- Exceptional ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with data engineers, product teams, and business units.
- Transformation and product management experience acting as the conduit between Business and Tech.
- Fluency in English, with the addition of speaking French a plus.
