At AXA Health, our customer journey begins in Distribution. We’re responsible for nearly one million members at new business and renewal. Our teams expertly guide businesses large and small, from two employees to 10,000 through our products and processes so they can protect themselves and their families. If you’re a leader and expert in the UK PMI (private medical insurance) healthcare market, this could be the role for you.
You’ll establish, develop and implement the strategy for AXA Health’s Corporate business to deliver profitable, sustainable growth through effective client acquisition and retention. You’ll create compelling propositions, articulating a cohesive vision that delivers sales, retention and client delivery in line with agreed targets.
At AXA we work smart, this role is field-based and you’ll travel to visit AXA offices and client sites as required.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
