As a Business Analyst at AXA Partners, you will play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives across the organisation. What you’ll be doing:

  • Analyse and document current business processes across departments, helping us understand where improvements are needed.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders to develop clear, practical solutions.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing ways to reduce costs and streamline operations.
  • Work closely with operations, IT, and other teams to design and implement process improvements.
  • Support change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and ways of working.
  • Monitor the impact of implemented changes, providing ongoing analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, maintaining high standards of operational integrity.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in analysing and improving business processes, ideally within insurance or related industries.
  • Skills in using process mapping tools like Visio, Bizagi, or Lucidchart.
  • Knowledge of insurance systems and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, Solvency II, or AML is a plus.
  • Strong data interpretation skills and the ability to create visual reports for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem‑solving.
  • A commitment to upholding integrity, transparency, and customer focus.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
