You will lead the assessment and monitoring of our insurance and assistance services, championing consumer interests at every stage. Working collaboratively across teams, you will influence product design, enhance customer outcomes, and support a culture of transparency and fairness.What you'll be doing: Lead and manage regular assessments to ensure products provide fair value and meet customer expectationsReview and improve product monitoring frameworks, identifying areas for enhancementConduct root cause analysis to identify product pain points and recommend improvementsFacilitate meaningful discussions with stakeholders to foster customer-centric product developmentEnsure all new and revised products follow proper approval processes and regulatory requirementsMaintain documentation demonstrating compliance with FCA standards and other regulationsDesign and oversee dashboards to track key customer outcome indicatorsUse data insights to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for positive changeAct as the voice of the customer, advocating for their best interests across the organizationSupport regulatory change projects, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional collaborationsManage a team, fostering high performance, development, and a culture of continuous improvement What you'll bring: 3-5 years of experience in product governance, conduct risk, or a related role within financial services or insuranceStrong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including Consumer Duty and Treating Customers FairlyProven ability to analyze complex information and translate insights into actionable improvementsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsProficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPointDemonstrated leadership and team management skillsA customer-first mindset, with a passion for fair outcomes and ethical practicesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectivelyAs a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.What we offer At AXA Partners, we’re appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
