- Agency Business Performance (NBI)
- Drive Agency New Business Income (NBI) to achieve assigned targets
- Design and implement sales activities to stimulate production and maximize output
- Monitor and ensure Agency Business Partner teams execute plans effectively
- Analyze performance gaps, identify operational issues, and implement improvement initiatives
- Agency Manpower Management
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit, grow, and retain high-quality agents
- Provide coaching, evaluation, and performance feedback to team members and agents
- Identify recruitment and retention challenges; implement solutions aligned with management policies
- Promote insurance knowledge and professionalism to enhance long-term agent sustainability
- Agency Productivity Management
- Formulate strategies to increase agency productivity (case count, case size, and output per agent)
- Drive initiatives to improve overall performance of agency distribution channels
- Ensure consistent execution of productivity plans by Agency Business Partner teams
- Reinforce product knowledge and company objectives to align agency output
- Agency Expense & Budget Management
- Plan and propose sales activities aligned with company strategy to support nationwide agency growth
- Develop and manage budgets for agency initiatives effectively
- Monitor budget utilization to ensure cost efficiency and maximum ROI
- Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of all activities by Agency Business Partner teams
- Agency Persistency Management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve policy persistency rates
- Analyze lapse trends and identify root causes; propose corrective actions
- Guide and monitor teams to ensure alignment with persistency targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen retention initiatives
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and manage Agency Business Partner teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Training, Operations) to support agency growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices
- Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in agency distribution, insurance sales, or related field
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving business performance
- Experience in life insurance or financial services industry
- Familiarity with agency recruitment and development frameworks
- Strong understanding of insurance/agency business model (preferred)
- Have own car and flexible to work in up country
