In this role, you will shape how employees experience and connect with AXA’s mission across the UK.
You’ll design and deliver targeted engagement and communications across channels, supporting culture, recognition, and listening initiatives.
You’ll partner with HR, Internal Communications and business units to translate feedback into practical improvements and drive inclusive, motivating workplaces.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver colleague engagement and communications plans across multiple channels aligned to priorities
- Manage employee engagement campaigns, events and annual engagement activity
- Coordinate recognition programmes and awards to reinforce culture and behaviours
- Support employee listening activity and translate feedback into improvements
- Deliver lifecycle and experience improvement initiatives at key moments
- Produce communications support for priority programmes and initiatives
- Monitor reach and engagement, using data to drive improvements
- Build relationships across the business and with senior stakeholders
