Overview
In this Insurance Representative role, you will deliver a consistent, high-quality service to customers to drive profitable growth through new business sales and renewals. You’ll spend a large portion away from home, supporting commercial insurance objectives and engaging customers via telephony. You’ll focus on cross-sell and upsell, promote self-service with a human touch, and ensure compliant, efficient delivery of objectives within the team. This role offers meaningful impact in a customer-centric insurance business.
Responsibilities
- Support commercial insurance objectives to deliver business plan goals
- Contribute to profitability and sustainability through strong premium and PIF
- Provide a professional, sales-focused telephone customer experience
- Engage customers via inbound/outbound telephony and fulfilment activities
- Maximise value from engagements through cross-sell and upsell
- Promote self-service and customer-first convenience with a human touch
- Prioritise workloads and resources to meet objectives, including product initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements and expense procedures
- Participate in cross-functional departmental projects
- Identify market trends through local data analysis and provide feedback for potential changes
