Job overview: Priding ourselves on our member experience, we have made significant investments in our Digital proposition, including the development of our Award Winning Healthcare Payment Card. We're seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our Digital Member Experience at AXA Global Healthcare. This role plays a critical part of our move to new ways of working, being the first product team to adopt Agile Ways of Working across the organisation. You’ll own the product roadmap, leveraging agile methodologies to deliver innovative solutions aligned with our vision. Working closely with our senior business stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in shaping new ways of working across AXA Global Healthcare, driving growth and transformation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the full product lifecycle; from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, internal and external partners to set long-term product direction based on market insights.
- Communicate the vision clearly to senior stakeholders and ensure strategic alignment.
- Prioritise and gather requirements to build a strategic product roadmap.
- Lead agile delivery by managing the backlog, breaking down requirements, and balancing customer, business, and technical needs.
- Monitor product performance to refine features and inform prioritisation, lead on the preparation of governance materials e.g. supporting the Product Owner in preparation of the Quarterly Investment Cycle.
- Coach, mentor, and promote best practices and new ways of working within the team and organisation.
Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events.
Your skills & experience:
- Proven experience in Product Management/Product Ownership within transformation and digital projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, governance, and product delivery processes including the relevant Agile certifications.
- Track record of delivering complex change initiatives successfully.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities, capable of working both independently and in teams.
- Decisive with the ability to take responsibility and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrates thought leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
- Experience managing direct reports and matrix teams, including offshore resources, ideally within the Financial Services or PMI/IPMI industry.
